Outdoor LED screens in China
While there is the crisis in our country, a great boom in new outdoor informational and advertizing systems is held in China (despite of the big crisis in Asia). In the beginning of 1999 in the city of Chongging they should start one of the largest outdoor LED screen in the world - 22 meter in height and 39 meter in width. The common area of this giant LED screen will be 858 sq. meter.

We do not take into consideration some stadiums on which the large LED screens and displays are already installed or are planned to be installed. Thus, we can observe a systematic spreading of full color electronic screens in China. And it is normal, since the whole world is getting ready for the celebration of the new millennium and that means great city, national and folk feasts organized basically in the squares and streets of cities - you see, such an event occurs once in a thousand years.
